Nicole N. Fuller is the founder of the Law Office of Nicole N. Fuller. She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and has always been committed to serving her community and promoting equity. Nicole began her legal career working in several public defender's offices where she defended indigent individuals in various matters ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies.

Nicole was formally an Assistant Professor in the Racial Justice Clinic at the University of San Francisco School of Law. In her position, she assisted law students in developing litigation skills that they could utilize throughout their legal careers. She also participated in a partnership with the San Francisco District Attorney's Office in which she worked on post-conviction matters pertaining to the resentencing of individuals who had either been excessively sentenced or who had been rehabilitated over time.

Prior to founding her firm, Nicole worked as an associate attorney for an insurance defense firm where she defended against various matters including wrongful death and product liability. Her experience in that position allowed her to see how the other side handles matters which now helps her to better represent her clients on the Plaintiff side.

Nicole is committed to maintaining a high level of communication with her clients. She takes the time to truly involve the client in order to get them the compensation they deserve.
